These terms govern FreeLLMAPI Premium, the paid model catalog service sold at freellmapi.co by Neu Software LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing Premium you agree to them. The FreeLLMAPI software itself is open source and free; its use is governed by its own license on GitHub, not by these terms.
Premium is a data subscription. A license key switches your FreeLLMAPI installation from the free catalog to the live catalog feed: new free models, quota changes, and compatibility fixes, the moment we ship them. On the free tier, each model is published to you 30 days after it lands in the live feed. The router and all of its features work without Premium, on the free tier, forever.
The standard checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments. Link.com acts as merchant of record for those transactions and handles payment processing, applicable tax collection and remittance, receipts, refunds, and transaction support. Checkout may display an equivalent price in your local currency. Listed prices are inclusive of any applicable tax, which is itemized before you pay.
A separate legacy USD checkout is available where Managed Payments is unavailable. On that path, Neu Software LLC is the seller and is responsible for applicable tax, while Stripe processes the payment. Prices may change for new purchases; an active annual subscription keeps its base price until you cancel it.
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time, self-serve, from the manage page or from the Premium screen in the app. The manage page opens Link for Managed Payments purchases or Stripe Billing Portal for legacy purchases. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep the live feed until the end of the period you already paid for, then your installation simply returns to the free monthly catalog.
Premium is digital content that is delivered and performed in full at the moment of purchase: as soon as your license key is issued and activated, the complete live catalog, including the current model list, provider data, and quota information, is disclosed to and usable by you. Because the substantial value of the purchase is realized upon that initial disclosure and cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing checkout you (a) expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery and full performance of the digital content before the end of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, and (b) acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you thereby lose any such right of withdrawal, including under the consumer withdrawal rules of the European Union and the United Kingdom applicable to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior express consent.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights or guarantees you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction. Purchases for which Link is merchant of record are also subject to Link's transaction and refund handling; Link may issue a refund where required by law or under its policies. Cancellation under Section 3 stops future renewals but does not itself refund amounts already paid. A refunded, charged-back, or otherwise reversed purchase may have its associated license key deactivated.
One key covers all devices you personally use: desktop app, web dashboard, and self-hosted instances. You may not publish the key, share it beyond your own household, or resell access to the live feed. We may deactivate keys that are clearly abused (for example, posted publicly or resold); deactivation for abuse does not entitle you to a refund.
The catalog describes free tiers, models, and quirks of third-party AI providers that we do not control. Providers change and retire offerings without notice. We work to keep the data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any particular model, provider, or free quota remains available, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neu Software LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Premium service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of third-party AI providers.
We may improve or change how the live feed is delivered. If we materially reduce what Premium provides, or materially change these terms, we will notify active subscribers by email; if you disagree with a change, your remedy is to cancel before the next renewal under Section 3. Amounts already paid are not refunded except where required by applicable law.
